Step 1: Ideas! Now, this is the fun part where we’ll sit around a table, brew fresh coffee and brainstorm your event. Our creative team has one mantra: be fresh! There are so many events and launches out there today, so our creative team will break through the clutter and deliver attention grabbing ideas.
Step 2: Planning! Now this could be the most important part of the entire process. A good plan makes sure everything runs smoothly. We’ll prepare a detailed production plan with a fully costed budget.
Step 3: Management! Once we’re all happy with the plan the wheels start turning….From amongst our highly experienced team we’ll allocate an Event Manager who will ensure that all facets of your event are managed safely, professionally and on budget.
Step 4: Implementation! All the previous steps will ensure that on your big night everything will run smoothly. Your event manager will be there long before the first guest arrives and will remain there throughout the event to make sure it is nothing short of memorable.
Step 5: Evaluation! We don’t just pack up and go home when all is done. We are constantly striving to better our services so we, as a team, evaluate each event to find areas of improvement. This makes sure the next event is, if possible, bigger and better.
